This might be sort of a derp question... but i'm thinking about buying one of your themes. I'm not really intelligent when it comes to these sort of things. So, would there be an "admin panel" that comes with it that I can use to administrate/moderator my website/forum, or even modify or add ranks?

Themes simply change the layout of your forum. An admin control panel comes with Xenforo which allows you to change settings on your forum. You use the admin cpanel to install skins, however the skins don't have any effect on the admin cpanel at all (they only affect the design of the public forum).
