Branding removal

Hi, I have buy Titan theme. + $15 for branding removal.

But I can't remove "XenForo theme by xenfocus" in my site. How to remove it?

same problem here. can see the text:
XenForo theme by xenfocus
but cannot see any thumbnail...what do you mean by "thumbnail" ?
