How do I enable the holiday pack so my site snows on Christmas etc?

I've looked around my ACP and it's not jumping out on me.

Thanks, and sorry for the delay in responding as the holiday has been hectic!

I was able to make the change Christmas Eve.
Members who were logged in with Android devices (phones and tablets) we're not able to see the snow, however, windows machines did see the snow. I can't confirm or deny Apple devices.

Is this something that can get looked into before New Year's?

The snow effect is made using simple HTML and css. What browser version are the android devices using?
