Is this your Ortem theme? Because it looks kind of similar but it doesn't have that "Register" on the menu bar in the right and it's also narrower and that theme is wider (responsive).
Can you tell me if that is one of your themes?

Yep, that's the Ortem theme! It's simply been customized slightly. The same changes are easy to achieve on your own site if necessary
