Purchase style, install on TEST site and then on LIVE. Allowed?

Hi all,

We are updating Xenforo from 1.5 to 2.1. So, I bought Dimension, and I will install it on a "test" website. And then when we're ready to officially move on it, we will update Xenforo to 2.1, and re-install the style on this "live" site. Is that allowed? A bit late asking, but, better late than never.
