Requesting custom?

Hello,

I put in a request for a custom skin a few months ago, and haven't heard back yet. The email address attached to the request was the one that is attached to this email, if at all possible to search through. Did I not follow up correctly, is the service slow for whatever reason, or something else? I just wanted to make sure, to see if I needed to resubmit, or wait patiently. :)

Another designer is currently responsible for custom skins (not myself), so unfortunately I'm not sure what the delay could be.

I've just marked the email as "unread", so hopefully he notices it and gets back to you shortly. :)
