The Favicon icon I've put it inside my public_html folder under marijuana.jpg but I can't seem to direct it to the right URL for it to show?

Your Public_html root is good but you should also point to it by going to your theme> style properties > basic options > then look for favicon area. Then point to it there as well.

Yeah that's the issue is this correct?

I don't see it updating, and that's what I put inside the favicon url.
