Uniform Background Chooser

Is it possible to have the uniform's background chooser enabled on the Novus theme? I really like the idea of allowing the members to choose their own background depending on their tastes but would love to have it on the novus theme.

It's possible, however it's not currently a service which is offered on this site. It's jQuery/cookie powered, so it can technically be added to any design if you have enough HTML, css + javascript experience.
