What is included in the support

I saw that after 6 months we need to make a $10 payment toward extending the support. But what is included in it.

Do we get bug fixes and feature updates or upgrades also included? As all the themes of xenfocus are in 2.0 and the new version 2.1 will come out little later. Will this upgrade also included in the support?

In simple terms do we get the same style of support we get in Xenforo when we renew our license?

Hello,

When you renew your subscription, you'll be able to download the latest version of your theme and ask for support in the Customer area (if you find any bugs or need help modifying the theme). If your subscription expires, you can no longer download theme updates and will no longer have access to the Customer area.
