All 2.3.x themes upgraded for Xenforo 2.3.2

Following the release of Xenforo 2.3.2 last week, all existing 2.3 Xenfocus themes have been updated for 2.3.2.

The theme updates are now available in the Client Area for all active customers.

Not yet, only the existing 2.3.x themes were upgraded for 2.3.2.

Yes.

I have php 8.3.9 and no dramas at all

Themes only include HTML and CSS modifications, so they have no impact on the PHP version

Yes he stated Carbon is the next one to be updated. That was a few weeks back. It shouldn't be too much longer.....

is there any estimated time for Villain update?
I guess it is the hardest one, because you need to add light version

All of the remaining themes require either a light or dark version to be made. This has been a pretty time consuming upgrade unfortunately.
