Can't find customer section?

Hi, I purchased the iSkin skin a few hours ago but I can't find the customer area/forum in order to download it. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Customers are upgraded manually whenever I visit the forum after receiving a payment. I've just upgraded your account and have sent a confirmation email - so you should now have access to your skin. :)

EDIT: Also, that was completely my fault. I rushed through checkout and I'm pretty sure I didn't put my username on the form, lol.

Disputing paypal definitely isn't the correct way and the dispute will need to be closed before providing access to the skin. Can I please direct anyone else who reads this topic to the FAQ's. The process of upgrading accounts/providing access to files is mentioned numerous times on that page.

How do I add myself to the customer group on the forums?
If you have purchased a skin from this site, you will be automatically upgraded to customer status within 24 hours of your order.

How long will it take before I can get the files?
Premade templates are available for download within 24 hours of purchasing. This is usually much quicker if an admin is online to approve your order.

If you have purchased a skin AND if you entered your username in the input box when purchasing, then you will be upgraded.

hello i did not type my forum username in when i placed my order can we please sort this out or should i dispute paypal?
Hey man, that's not cool ae, just wait. They have to add you manually after checking payment. It's just how they roll.

I assume the 24 hour isn't being met at the moment? We've been waiting over that time period.

Matt, sorry about the delay. Can you please message Ehren? He upgraded the server and so we lost a bit of customer info. He may need to re-activate your account.

Matt's account was upgraded a little over 24 hours ago and a confirmation email was sent to his paypal account. He should have full customer access already. :)
