I just tried to buy the Animate theme and got the following message..

"This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information."

Should I send the payment manually?

I'm not entirely sure why that error is happening, but I've seen it a few times.

You're welcome to manually send the payment to admin (at) xenfocus.com (replacing (at) with @). :)

I just did a quick google search and one paypal support member said that it sometimes happens since your card issuer declines the payment. I'm not sure if you have a credit card assigned to your account, but this may be the issue.
