Questions about Dimensions theme

Hello! I have some questions regarding Dimensions:
- Is it possible to change the background color? It says theres a chameleon effect but I would like to select a color of my choice.
- Is it possible for all users to see the Guest message block? I wish to use it as a huge announcement banner.

Welcome to xenfocus.

- The background can be changed to any colour if necessary. By default, it inherits the header colour just to maintain a nice colour scheme, but it can be overwritten easily with css.
- Xenforo has a built-in message/announcement system which is likely a better solution than the guest message.
