I get this when trying to buy a skin here:

Are you able to accept Canadian credit cards? I'm still able to pay the full amount in USD. I'm also not willing to add a bank account to my paypal account.

Also, I go to pay for other things and works just fine. It is only here this happens.

I also see it says you can pay with money brookers etc, Wheres this option??

Very strange - haven't seen that error before.

Do you have a paypal account which would allow you to send the payment manually? If so, my account is:

I actually received the same error today and had to contact both my bank and PayPal. They said that the merchant had specified only verified accounts can make payments. Even though mine is verified by my bank and just waiting for PayPal to check.
I ended up using another account and now it says it's processed but is pending for 3 days. Not quite sure what is happening but thought I'd let you know it's probably Paypal messing things up and possible changed something in your settings.

Hi,

Your payment arrived as an eCheque which paypal estimates can take between 3-5 working days. I checked my paypal account settings and was unable to find any areas to enable/disable verified accounts only.

Even though I usually always wait for payments to be approved, I'll upgrade your account now and just wait for the payment. :)

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :) i really appreciate it. If for any reason it does not come through let me know. I will be checking my bank account also to make sure there is no slip ups on my end.
