Purchase Processing Time

Hello,

About how long is the wait for a download after purchase? I used Stripe and can see the purchase went through via my bank account, but still don't have access to the purchased download. Any other site I use Stripe on is generally instantaneous.

Orders are usually automatic however it seems as though there is currently an issue with the Stripe payment gateway. I’ve reported this to the developers and am currently waiting for a response.

I’ll go ahead and manually approve the order for you now. Apologies for the inconvenience and welcome to xenfocus!

Same issue here. Used stripe :(
I normally use Paypal. However, paypal was having some sort of issues as well, was showing json code instead of a payment wall xD

So used stripe, and can see it is out of my account, but no theme in my client area.
